Meet the Doctor

Dr. Forster is a graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry. He then performed his residency at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in Louisville, KY.

 

He proudly served as a Commissioned officer in the US Army with active-duty tours in South Vietnam and Germany. He was an accomplished helicopter pilot, receiving the Purple Heart. After completing his tours, he continued to serve in the Army National Guard and is now retired from the service.

 

Along with his private practice, he holds the position of Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in the department of Surgical and Hospital Dentistry, where he teaches part-time.

He is a strong supporter of the community and has served on the Munfordville City Council, the Hart County Health Department and the Hart Co. Planning Commission.
